Making Interviewees Feel Comfortable

Another day in the studio today recording interviews for ABC Greater Baltimore and their upcoming awards event. 10 people on the schedule for today. People often ask me why I have a mannequin head at the office. I find it helps for interviewees to have someone to look and focus on while they’re talking.
