Meet The Team

Marty Jenoff picked up his first camera at 13, buying it with his Bar Mitzvah money—and never put it down.

After graduating from Towson University, he founded Focal Point Productions in 2000.

What began with weddings and events quickly evolved into corporate storytelling as social media reshaped how brands connect.

In 2011, Focal Point was an early adopter of live streaming—years before it became essential. That foresight paid off during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the company didn’t just survive, but thrived.

Today, Focal Point Productions continues to grow year after year, helping organizations communicate with clarity, creativity, and impact.

MARTY JENOFF - President

Marty personally oversees and works on every FPP project. His career in video production began three decades ago when he purchased his first camera. Since then, he's logged thousands of hours with one. Marty also worked at WBAL-TV for eighteen years as a photojournalist, editor, and live-truck technician.

matt adams -creative director

Matt Adams grew up in Southern Delaware where he learned how to shoot and edit video while capturing surfing along the east coast. After college, he spent seven years traveling the world to locations like Taiwan, Mexico, California, and Florida, filming a professional skimboarding tour. Since then, he’s moved into the commercial side of video production, producing hundreds of advertisements, music videos, and corporate videos. Today, Matt enjoys working with the Focal Point Productions team to create unique videos that reflect a client’s message with his style of authentic story telling.

Ty Gentner - production manager

Ty is a Baltimore-based filmmaker who loves his miniature schnauzer and going to the movies. Motion pictures have been a lifelong obsession of his. He even met his wife on a film set. That same love of story informs his commercial work. Recently, he’s taken up acting.

Ashley Jenoff - Director of marketing

With a background in education, Ashley brings a fresh perspective to the Focal Point team. As our advertising and networking specialist, she leverages her teaching experience to creatively connect with clients and build strong relationships. Her passion for learning and strong communication skills make her a valuable asset to our team.
